Orca Cafe workers are responsible for prepping food, taking orders, maintaining a till, making smoothies, heating snacks, grilling entree items, and operating the deep fryer. Our cafe workers also clean dishes and are responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen.
Compensation:
-
Cafe Prep / Non-Cooking Workers $9-$11 based on experience
-
Cafe Cook (must be 16+) - $12-$16/hr based on experience
-
Cafe Workers also benefit from the Tip Pool
Interviews will take place in March. Please email Alex at facilitymanager@orcaswim.org with any questions.
*Previous employment does not guarantee employment for the 2026 swim season.
