Party Reservations

Day Parties:   Between 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

  • Pool Cost: $10 per hour for up to 3 hours

  • $30 – Rental Agreement and non-refundable Deposit (required) at the time of booking.

  • $5 – Guest fee is charged for all swimming guests. Members do not pay the guest fee.

  • $12 – Rent a guard (optional) for one hour to coordinate fun, age-appropriate pool games.

  • Limit 20 swimmers. 

  • We clean up after your party and take out your trash.

  • East side shelter is reserved for you and your guests.

  • Payment is due in full at the conclusion of the party.

  • Only one party can be booked during a block of time.

  • Non-member party guests leave when the member leaves

Evening, After-Hours Parties (Between 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

  • Available for Large Parties (Greater than 20 Swimmers)

  • Pool Cost: $100 

  • $100 - Rental agreement and non-refundable Deposit (required) at time of booking

  • $5 - Guest fee is charged for all swimming guests.  Members do not pay the guest fee.  No guest passes allowed to be used. 

  • $12 per hour Lifeguard Fee per Lifeguard

    • Up to 50 guests: 3 guards​

    • 51-75 guests: 4 guards

    • Over 75 guests: 5 guards

  • We clean up after your party and take out your trash.

  • Payment is due in full at the conclusion of the party.

  • Only one party can be booked during a block of time.

  • Non-member party guests leave when the member leaves.

  • 30 minutes will always be added to the length of a party to allow for clean-up of pool.

  • Parties are booked at Pool Manager's discretion.    

Teen and Older/Elementary Parties:

  • At least one responsible adult chaperone is required for every 20 children/teens.

  • Once guests arrive at the party, they must stay inside the facility. If they exit the gates, they will not be readmitted.

  • $12 per hour – Rent a guard for one or more hours to coordinate fun, age-appropriate games.

  • A Party Agreement Form must be completed and submitted to the pool manager for all.

2022 Summer Party Reservation Form

 

Please complete the following reservation form and finalize with payment of deposit. No reservation is considered complete without payment. Requested day and time are on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Club Manager has final approvals for all parties and will send you a confirmation once your request has been processed.

A $30 deposit for all-day parties is due before your date will be reserved. For an evening/after-hours party, a $100 deposit is due before your date will be reserved. 

Final payment is due the day of the event. 

I have read the outline located on the Oak Ridge Swim Club Website that breaks down the difference between day parties and evening/after-hour parties, and hereby understand that day parties have a max of 20 swimmers and any more than this will constitute an evening (after-hours) party. 

In the event that you cancel your event at Oak Ridge Swim Club, you must give at least 14 days' notice in order to receive a refund of your deposit. Any event cancelled during the two week period leading up to the event will forfeit the deposit. 

In no event and under no circumstances will Oak Ridge Swim Club be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, or special damages, including punitive or treble damages, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, for any personal injury, property damage, or other harm, injury, or damage, of the member, client, or person reserving the Oak Ridge Swim Club for their invitees or guests, in any way related to the direct, indirect, or incidental use of the facility for the event contracted for hereby.
