COVID-19 Phase 2 Rules

As Adopted by the ORSC Board of Directors

Planning Your Visit

The State of North Carolina has reduced our capacity.  As we enter our back-to-school hours, members will be admitted Monday – Friday without a reservation up to our reduced capacity of 150.  Members will still need to make reservations on weekends and Labor Day.  Each member is restricted to one reservation, in advance, per weekend.  Additional visits can be added on the day of the visit if the pool has not reached capacity on the Signup Genius.  The Signup Genius link can be found on our homepage.  Each family can bring up to 5 guests Monday – Friday and during the last shift Sunday.  We will not be able to allow guests on Saturday or during the first two shifts Sunday.  All guests, including grandparents and babysitters, must use a guest pass.

We are encouraging members to bring their own chairs to the swim club.  We will have limited chaise lounges available, but they will need constant sanitizing throughout the day.  Please bring your own chair if you are able.  Members who check out our chairs are asked to sanitize them before and after they are used.

All members are required to sign this waiver before entering the swim club.  Please print out the form and bring it with you on your first visit.

At the Pool

Members are not permitted to move umbrellas on the pool deck.  They will be spaced out to enable social distancing.  Please position your chairs around the umbrellas while being sure to maintain 6 ft of distance between family units.  Pool staff and lifeguards are not Social Distancing Police and will not be responsible for regulating distance between chairs.
